01 / The Challenge

History that opens the door.

The Museum’s annual free days welcome Nevada residents while marking dates central to its identity. Each campaign needed to make admission information immediate and give the day a visual story that could carry across promotional formats.

I developed the concept and art direction for both campaigns and designed the collateral buildout.

03 / The Details

Rooted in history.

I built the 14th Anniversary key art as a layered historical collage. Up close, the Nevada silhouette reveals Al Capone, the Chicago garage, archival headlines, bullets examined by forensic investigators, Bugs Moran—the intended target—and references to the Purple Gang. These details connect the Museum’s February 14 anniversary to the history it preserves while keeping the invitation to Nevada residents at the forefront.

04 / Impact

A record day, seen throughout the Museum

The 14th Anniversary Free Day welcomed a record-breaking 6,000+ guests. I carried the campaign art across information cards and a takeover of the Museum’s advertising screens. The artwork also appeared in News 3 Las Vegas coverage of the event.

03 / The Concept

People, place,
and history.

I arranged archival portraits of Estes Kefauver and the historic courthouse in vertical panels to give the hearing a human and architectural context. Bold navy typography established the event, while orange called attention to the date and admission offer.

From that core artwork, I built out the full campaign collateral so the historical image and practical message stayed legible across formats.
